NWT black halter dress with knot front. Dress has two straps that tie in the back (see picture 5 for to see loop where straps go through in the back). Maxi length with cinched waist. Tag says 45% modal, 45% cotton, 10% Lycra. Can fit small and medium since it's very stretchy.
