🔥🔥🌞🌼🌸Purchased from a boutique but never wore. Love it, just doesn’t fit on top. Size Large, does have elastic waist band but I think it fits more like a medium(Size 8-10) High low bottom with side ruffle detail and flutter sleeves. Material: Poly blend but this is a guess. Colors: Peach, blue, white, gray & black Waist measurement 15 inches across, shoulder to bottom back hem is @ 52 inches, shoulder to bottom of front hem is @ 46inches. So cute❣️🌸🌺🌞💖
