qrysta @cmariep06 Really wattage not engraved on the socket? Odd. Typically that width shade and overall sz is a lot higher than 60. The broadness of the shade accommodates the heat coming off bigger bulbs. So petite lamps always have low ratings. Big ones usually not.

qrysta oh and dimmers aren't usually on a 60 either (except night lights). Its already dim (teee heee).

cmariep06 @qrysta do not judge me when I share this but it is 150W. I was looking at the bottom and did a google search and read that I need to look at the neck. I had added a picture as confirmation. Sorry for the wrong info!
