Elizabeth and James silk mini skirt size 0

Elizabeth and James silk mini skirt with paper bag waist and faux leather belt. Abstract printed silk with green, orange, purple, and blue smudged dots on a black background. The belt tie is faux leather on one side and silk on the other. The skirt itself has a pleated paper bag waist with belt loops to hold the belt in place and pockets (!)
