This “Rowan” style dress from Elizabeth and James does have a small flaw but has a lot of life left in it! Size small See last 2 photos - the seam is torn on the inside of the neck at the front. Still wearable as is or should be a fairly easy mend Blouson style with elastic waist There are no stains and this dress is from a smoke free home Laying flat armpit to armpit measures approximately 16 1/2” Waist is approximately 14” side to side
