hoffmankelsey4 does this dress fully open- so you can wear it as a tunic too with shorts/tank top or is it sewn closed?

liniebird @hoffmankelsey4 it fully opens but it's like a wrap dress at the bottom so you wouldn't be able to wear it open. It's short so you could potentially wear it as a tunic depending on your height. Hope this helps!

audbi even without the belt you're not exposed, right? I assume there's a seam somewhere so the skirt doesnt fly open on you

liniebird @audbi it actually has a skirt and then the top closes over it with hook and eyes. So it doesn't fully open. Skirt is also lined. Hope this helps!
