Elizabeth & James Silk Ruffle Bubble Dress

This lovely little unique number from Elizabeth & James is in size 0, but wears more like a small in my opinion. It features a ruffle collar & closure that can be made high or low (see photos). The outer shell is 100% silk, & the lining is part silk & part nylon. In excellent condition & from a pet & smoke free home. Fingers crossed this will look just great on you!
