This Elizabeth & James mini skirt in size 0 with navy and white pattern is so adorable and versatile! Wrap style with two heavy snaps in the front. Fringe along the edge and the entire bottom hem. Fabric is navy with white broken striped pattern that works with just about anything, including patterned tops in totally different colors ... my favorite combo was the skirt with a pale colorful floral blouse. Poly cotton viscose flax & elastane blend with no stains, tears or snags that I can find. Excellent condition!
