Elizabeth & James Bustier Pleated Black Dress 2

Washed black silk. Bodice top, pleated bottom. Laid flat bust is 28" but this does not account for the fact that it is a bustier top with cups - so would most likely fit a 28-30" bust. Waist is 24". Excellent preowned condition minimal wash wear on the trim for straps, but no flaws
