So cute!! Very cropped vest/sleeveless blazer by Elizabeth & James. Length is right around the bust, a true crop top. Lapels/collar can be worn flat (pictured) or worn folded. When I wear it, it naturally stands up like a popped collar (which I love!). Ruched back. Swing-style. Size 4, can fit anywhere from 2-4 (I'm a 2 and it fits, a bit oversize but the boxy swing-style makes it work). Excellent condition!
