About the Dress Gem top - Delicate long sleeve tulle overlay which compliments most slip dresses when worn together. Note that this was made custom without the sleeves by Elizabeth for me so I could dance in it. Real Silk Charmeuse, hand made. Wore both together with a separately purchased satin bralette. They are absolutely stunning in perfect condition. Worn once for after party and hand dry cleaned.
