Elizabeth & James Lyla Heels

Black peep-toe heels, slightly worn (3-4x). These have been sitting in my closet unworn for a few years now. There’s sparkly stuff on the bottom, tried to get it off but not sure where it came from. Slight residue inside from insole but mostly gone (photo) and part of the strap is coming off but I’m sure can be easily fixed with glue (photo). These shoes are originally $350.
