Flattering royal blue Eliza J dress with flattering ruching and a modern side bow. Made of scuba material that fits and holds in a flattering way. Hidden back zipper. Like new. Worn once for 2-3 hours at a wedding ceremony.there are a few “folds” in the scuba material that were there when the dress arrived. They don’t show up when worn, but I tried to capture them in the last two photos. This is a stretchy scuba material but thick, so stretches bit doesn’t cling to fit very nicely.
