dgrack @sandycait waist measures 29", bust-is probably 35, length is 37 according to Nordstrom's site. I am petite but went with regular lenth and it was fine. I am 34 C bust and it needed to be pinned. No damage. I wore it once for son's wedding. It's not a dark, dark navy but a beautiful medium blue. Hope that helps!
