Eliza J Stripe Fit and Flare Dress, Size 12

New, cutaway shoulders dress, white and blue stripes, two pockets (hidden), flowy skirt that drops just below the knees. Beautiful cut opening on the back with two buttons and pretty zipper. 100% Cotton exterior, 100% Polyester lining (lining on top part only), no lining on skirt. Pictures included with measurements taken lying flat on a table. It does have a tiny bit of foundation stain, apparently from trying it on, but it's new.
