Eliza J Off the Shoulder Glitter Dress

New with Tags - no alterations. Pale baby blue, off the shoulder formal dress. Ruching at the waist for a flattering fit with slight flair at hem. 3/4 sleeves, off of the shoulder style. Dress has some stretch to it and is extremely flattering and comfortable. Size 14 but fits more like a large 10/12. The dress was bought as a Mother of the Bride Dress, but I decided on a different color.
