Eliza J NY Sleeveless Dress, 6 Black, Chiffon Purple Blue Flower, Key Hole Back

This beautiful Eliza J. dress is a size 6 and measures 41" in length from the top seam of the shoulder to the bottom hem and 15.5" from pit to pit. It has a zip back and key hole back with a button at the top. There are string belt loops around the waist that can be cut off or a thin belt can be used.
