Eliza J Floral Maxi Dress

Reposhing this Eliza J Ever Flowy (might not be its name but that’s how I found it online) floral maxi dress I purchased from @jessicadelhi123. Sky blue chiffon with white and gray floral pattern Fully lined. Zip closure to mid back plus neck halter tie. Loved it, but bodice is too long for me. 17” shoulder to waist. 15” waist. Aside from bodice, I’m 5’5” and would need 2” heels to wear. Sold to me with thin silver belt instead of sash. Belt is fairly worn, and may not fit a size 8 waist, but I’ll send anyway.
