What is the pit to pit and waist measurement laying flat?

Put-to-pit is 16-in.
Waist is 14-in.
Dress length is 57-in from front center neckline

@cinderellibee Dress fits slim/small. I would have thought it fits closer to a standard size 4 than 6.
