Eliza J Blue and White Striped Halter Open Back Dress

This dress has so many great features to make it a summer staple. The halter dress features a full skirt lining, pockets and snap closure at the neck. There is a hidden zipper at the bottom of the open back and the dress is in excellent condition. The Eliza J tag has been removed as it was itchy. Size 6, 100% cotton.
