Elie Tahari midnight blue/black silk top with unique collar and elegant back pattern. In excellent condition. No flaws. Freshly dry cleaned. Size M. Arm pit to arm pit 18”. Top to bottom 25 1/2”. Must have! Great for cocktail soirée or with a suit. There was a thin fabric belt tie which I cannot find at the moment. But I used to wear it without the belt. It was a thin strip of fabric in navy. Not essential.
