@maggienegley Hi, This vest is in perfect condition- there are no rips, stains, tears, etc. The measurements (when flat) are: underarm to underarm- 16.5 inches, Bust is approximately 17.5 inches. Shoulder to hem is 24 inches. Let me know if you have any further questions :)
