This top is in perfect condition except material content and care tags are missing. They are usually made of a soft plastic material. My guess is age disintegrated them. This top is made of a stretchy soft material. I believe this to be a silk blend. Without stretching: Shoulder to shoulder 15” Pit to pit 21” Sleeves 27” Length 25” 2402-0209-18 Stretch allows for another 5” in most places
