Hits me exactly at knee (6' tall), will be longer for average height people. Elastic waist, has a lot of stretch. Polyester & Elastane. Sturdy thick fabric but still on the light side, feels like neoprene/scuba material. Previously worn. Unusual item, fun abstract colorful design and random offset fold/pleat.
