This is THE perfect professional suit. The fabric is a denim-linen look that does not wrinkle and stretches, a great feature for a pencil skirt. The skirt will hang on your hips rather than hug your waist, and has 2 back vents instead of the usual one for ease of movement. The band at the top is 3" wide and there's a side zipper. The jacket is amazingly tailored. Covered snaps instead of buttons, a belt that can tie in the front or back, and impeccable details from the precise double-stitching to the pocket flaps (they are decorative), sharp lines, and stand-up collar. Both the jacket and skirt are fully lined. The ensemble falls just at the knee. This suit brought me luck a couple of times when I went on important interviews back in the early 2000s and it will for you, too. Wear it with a warm turtleneck and you won't even need a coat!
