Elie Tahari Gold Metallic Skirt

Elie Tahari Gold Pleated Skirt. Side zipper. Skirt is lined. I believe it should be worn at waist (belly button). It hits just above the knee, I am 5ft 5 inches tall. Loved it but never wore bc was too small. :( Please see pictures, no returns.
