jennyrae072 @carlyglazier hi Carly! It’s a cotton (96%) with a little spandex(4%). It’s a size 8 and the dress hits just at my knee (I’m 5’6”). The bottom skirt is just a sheer cotton pleat with a ribbed cotton material spaced in between pleats. The shoulders also have the snaps to keep a bra strap hidden. I wore this for a couple weddings l, and it was super cute and super comfortable. A little black or pop of color pashmina was a super easy outfit. Hope this helps!
