Elie Tahari Black belted dress. Hidden zip at front. Beautiful ruffle down front and gathering at sleeves. Was a gift purchased at Elie Tahari store. *NWT size 0 but it was taken in so probably more like a 00 or 0p. Approx measurements: Shoulder to shoulder 15 in, bust/underarm to underarm 18 in, waist 16 3/4, length 33 1/2. Thanks for looking!

Hi, what is the bust, waist, hips, and shoulder to hem length measurements? What is the fabric? Is this dress lined? Thanks

@maggienegley Hi. I apologize but when it was tailored he took fabric content tag out. It's not lined but fabric is a mid-weight with some stretch/give to it so it's not at all see thru. It's good for Fall, Winter & Spring but too heavy for Summer. I added some measurements above. Hips are about 17 1/2 without stretching fabric. Thanks for looking!
