Elie Tahari Abstract Skirt

Very unique patterned professional skirt. Where the black dripping into the white creamy color turns into a gray then all white color meets the hem line. The side of the skirt looks like a brown/taupe color on a canvas. Cinched at the waist with pleats, allows no stretch. Very Structured!
