Elevenses velvet skirt- POCKETS - Anthropologie

Super cute button up skirt has really leather button and POCKETS!! So fun! Marked as size 12 but in my opinion runs big, I wear a 14 normally and it sits low so I would say it’s really a 14 or even 16.
