New, unopened, unused. Luxe facial cream- this entire line is fantastic. It's moisturizing without feeling greasy, and my skin looks rested, and like I'm drinking enough water. I will use the overnight matrix mask at night and this during the day, and the combo is a showstopper for me. This is one of those products that I hoard for myself normally, and only sell when I have more than a year's worth stacked up.
