Perfect summer cardigan by Elementz. EUC. Had some slight discoloration on the inside shoulders where the rubber/plastic hanger loops are and a small snag spot that has a very small hole but it doesn't go all the way through. see pics.

market_98 No stains. There is some discoloration on the inside where the plastic loops were to hold it on a hanger. I'll add a pic. But doesn't affect the beauty. Also, there's a small area that looks like it may have snagged on something but it's also not noticeable unless you're looking for it. Otherwise no other issues. I honestly don't remember what the original offer was but I'll let it go for $10 if you'd like to make me an offer.
