Elegantees floral skirt

Elegantees skirt, purchased on thredup but doesn't quite work on me. Very slight fading to the print just along waistband (looks like from hanger marks possibly), otherwise excellent condition! sized as medium but see photos for measurements, I think it fits more like small-med.
