tressabrunner @mel2367 it is a blue color. I hesitate to say navy- because as you can see in the pictures- there is a bit of lightness to it when it is in the light- does that make sense? If you just look at it- it is a dark blue. It is truly a beautiful dress. The bra is built in- another bonus.

tressabrunner @mel2367 it is a bit hard to measure- given it is off the shoulders. I measured from the top of the bust line to the bottom of the dress- it is 55”. I hope this helps. I am 5’8” and with heels it would be perfect-
