Elegant navy dress

This dress is beautiful, versatile and very comfortable. The straps are cut wide enough so many different bras can be worn underneath, it comes with a jacket that is removable. The long flowing tulle-like skirt has many layers to add to the effect of elegance. I wore it once for my sisters wedding a year and a half ago.
