Elegant long dress for prom/special occasion

Beautiful, long light blue dress worn once to HS prom. Dress is like new just a few scuffs that are presented in the pictures. Dress was dry cleaned. It’s a size 2 but can definitely fit up to size 4 depending on bra size. The person in the picture was 5’3” and bra size 34C/32D. The dress was shortened to fit 5’3”
