Elegant keyhole short sleeve blouse with ribbon tie closure

NWOT, Never worn, ordered it, thought I loved it but not really crazy about it and can’t return it. Very fashionable and elegant. Would look stunning with white or black and definitely a turquoise skirt or pants/ shorts.
