@goodsteph67 thank you for your interest. the silver rhinestones mesh is loose once carried around (on the shoulder or on the wrist) however if you place the bag on any surface, the rhinestones mesh will cover the bottom of the bag. This is a new bag with tags. The rhinestones mesh is on one side of the bag as you can see on the pictures. You may store plenty of items in side The measurements of the inside the bag is 9 " by 2.7". Outside measurements 11"by 4. Let me know if that was helpful.
