Elegant career blouse

Sleeveless lightweight blouse with a long tie that can be tied in a bow or loosely folded over. Elegant design. Nice silky fabric. Two button closure at the neck in the back. Pretty on it's own or under a blazer/suit jacket. Poshing because this kind of neckline doesn't look good on me.
