Elegant black dress skirt

This is a beautifully draping dress skirt that is both classic & timeless. Fabric has a nice medium weight to it that makes it flow so well and work for any season. This is a bit hard to photograph, and looks so much better on. Fully lined. Hem falls lower in the back.
