Elegant WHO WHAT WEAR Dress

This elegant flowy sheer dress has delicate sheer sleeves gathered at the wrist with elastic. The rest of the dress is lined and creates a formal look with the patterned sheer overlay. This dress is in good condition. Has been in my closet for awhile, I just don’t find myself wearing it. I love the aesthetic though. It feels very refined and the gathered sleeves give it an Edwardian feel.
