Elegant Silver and Purple Gemstone Ring

cute vintage size 7 silver ring with a purple accent stone. I do not have much information on it. I could not see a stamp on it and I am not sure the purple stone is real...just a cute ring, probably needs a good cleaning This ring is old, It is not perfect, it may have some little scratches on it.Where it's been knocked around and been stored.It probably needs a good cleaning. all my jewelry is sold as is
