Elegant Polka-dot Dress

I wore this dress once for a photo shoot, but sadly it sits in my closet so I hope someone else can give it use. It’s a flowy polka dot tulle dress with a built in bra in the bodice. I bought it a small LA shop a few years ago. It looks like there might be hand sewn work added to make it into what it is now. Sooo cute for a shoot or event and comfortable!
