Elegant Navy and White Patterned Dress

This dress was found in a deteriorating state (the seams were never finished) but has been lovingly restored and is now in excellent shape. I have personally worn this to multiple museum/gallery/art openings and get endless compliments. This beauty can be hand washed, but hang to dry and it will need an iron to get this great crisp look but it is so worth it! Model is 5'4", size 4. The model is a C-cup and the dress fits, but it's tight through the chest, a smaller chest size will make the dress more comfortable to wear. (I am a B and it always looked great on me.) Dress fits like a 4-6.
