Elegant NWT Black Paul & Joe Dress

The top of this dress is silk. It has covered buttons from the deep V to the waist. There is a grosgrain 2" inset at the waist, which really makes the waist tiny. A hidden zipper from under the arm to mid hip gives a good form fitting look. The skirt is a heavier silk and polyester. A size 40, the shoulders 15", under arm to under arm 18", waist 15", hips 19", length shoulder to hem 36". Great, elegant dress. There is a silk ruffle shoulder to waist inset and at short sleeve.
