Elegant Multicolor Patterned Dress

This vintage dress features a funky multicolor pattern, buttons on the sleeves and neckline. Could be worn as is, or add a fun belt/harness to add some alternative flair! The size is rubbed off the tag, but I suspect anyone from sizes XSmall-Large could make it work comfortably!
