queendiva122 @sguedes Greetings, Lining is Silk. 100%Polyester made in India designer LAWRENCE KAZAR. Cleaning: DO NOT WASH DO NOT DRY CLEAN SPOT CLEAN ONLY. The jacket stops at my waist from shoulder it is 24 inches. The sleeves are also 24 inches long and it has padded shoulders. I hope this helps Thanks Daphne
