Three rows of embroidered lace, ribbon detail flounce the cuffs and opening that are complemented further by an empire waist. Completely unique; unusual elegant style to port for layering or warmth over a summer-spring sheath or dress. May be left open, tied at the empire level via the ribbon, or buttoned via the elasticized bottom loops. 100% polyester flocking over 100% nylon lace. Machine wash cold; line dry according to attached new label. Remarkably attractive; unworn condition.

accentsenvogue @lydianon : an exclusively black lace jacket. The fabric beneath is an exquisitely distinct floral-leopard design. The detail of the jacket is typical of Victorian fashion. I've little time at the moment, but I will capture more pics in the future. Kind regards

Victorian details are its highlights; of course, burn-out velvet is truly comfortable, especially of silk; yet, Costly for many reasons...labour markets, humanitarian interests, etc. I've some as once I visited Thai Silks and Britex on occasion and purchased but supreme remnants.
