Elegant Green Halter Maxi Dress

This dress has been altered to fit. I had it taken it in slightly, so it is a true size 2. I also had it shortened. For reference, I am 5’6 and was wearing over 3 inch heels and it still dusted the floor as shown in picture. There is a slight stain that is pictured, but would come possibly with a damp cloth or during dry cleaning.
