The item in the image is a vintage Shafford "Bouquet" #3178 scalloped pedestal plate with gold trim, likely made in Japan. Purpose: It can be used for display or as a candy dish. Material: Ceramic and porcelain with gold trim. Design: Features a floral bouquet with pink and white roses, small purple and blue flowers, and green leaves tied with a gold ribbon.  Preowned Condition: in very good used condition with minimal loss of gold trim.  Dimensions: Approximately 8.25 inches in diameter and 4 1/4 inches high.  Considered vintage, with production likely occurring in the mid-20th century.
